Some of you have heard the rumors, and it’s looking like it will be a reality very soon. Here’s the location of the future CrossFit Moncton. It doesn’t look like much now, but it will soon.

    We are super excited about the new spot! I can tell you it’s been a long road for Kevin to find something that would work. It seemed every spot had a “catch” not enough parking, ceilings too low, too much $, no where to mount pullup bars or rings ect ect. Still kind of in shock it’s all working out. Lesson learned – let the universe work for you..and take random drives down streets you’ve never been down before. You never know what you’ll find 🙂

    I did a ‘drive by’ last night…..looks like a GREAT location Kevin! I think when the dust settles a little, you should give some consideration to starting Greater Moncton’s first Cross Fit Kids! 🙂

    Last time in may, I did this WOD in 8:11 with situps, parallette dips and singles.
    Pretty happy with my result today, DU’s are getting better!
    K2E on bar were hard and not perfect, they definitely need some practice.
