Don’t forget to submit your scores on the Games Site by 7pm tonight.

10:00am – Rules and announcements of the heats
10:15am – The first heat begins and continues every 15 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

60 Bar-facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats (120/90#)
10 Muscle-ups

Let's see if we can get a big crowd out again!

    This was a rough one for sure. My goal was 2 OHS and I got that so I am very pleased with my score today. A year ago, I could not do an OHS with a 15# bar so being able to 2 OHS at 90# is quite an accomplishment for me. I am more motivated now than ever to continue working on them.

    Great energy at the gym today. Awesome work everybody. Thanks judges!

    I’ll take it! Wasn’t sure if I’d get any OHS so I’m happy with that. Got them done thanks to a lot of mobility work at home last night and this morning.

      Yay!!! Great accomplishment on the OHS’s! — especially if your shoulder is still in proper alignment now. Sorry I missed it!

    pretty happy with my results. OHS is not my point fort but that’s my own fault. Trying to avoid them to many times. Great atmosphere at the gym. Thanks to the competitors, judges and spectators and to CFM to make this a big success every week.

    Was definitely hoping for more MUs, but OHS were tough. Hard to find the groove. Last time I did them was Feb.11.

    Big thanks to everyone who helped with the clean up. Maybe you can come early every Saturday morning and vacuum too?

    60 burpees. Goal was 50. Eric and Marc reset goal to 60. Thank you to everyone who cheered me on. It really helps. Marc, I would not have stayed the course without you. Thank you so much. As uaual, atmosphere was amazing. Thanks CFMoncton and all the members and coaches who make it so great.

    I’m still pleased with that, my OHS max is #80 set last Wednesday, so I knew it would be too much to ask for another 10 lbs PR. πŸ™‚

    Unfortunately, I was unable to complete any OHS; somewhat disappointed, I was hoping for three reps. Oh well, just means more work on this goat!

    Great atmosphere at the gym as per usual during the games – Lots of people around, loud cheers, snapping photos, its all good! Love that we got a Group shot – hehe

    3 OHS….Woo Hoo! I was super excited on this. My goal was 1.

    Another great Saturday at CrossFit Moncton! The heart demonstrated by all of the competitors and the positive energy by the spectators, makes for an awesome Saturday morning.

    This was the first time I did overhead squats with weight in ages, and I completely forgot how much they hurt the wrists. I wasn’t prepared for that. Otherwise, I enjoyed the burpee/overhead squat combo.
