Games Competitors – please register for Saturday by 8pm tonight.

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Some workouts are sweatier than others. And some people naturally sweat more than others. If you leave your bodily fluids behind, whether it’s blood, sweat or tears, please be considerate and wipe it up. I’m sure you wouldn’t like doing burpees with your face in someone else’s sweat puddle. Thanks!

    Soooooo is this a wod we should skip if we’re doing the games wod on saturday? I’m just trying to see if I should come in today or tomorrow.

      I’ll tell you what I do for training.

      Monday-Wed – Workouts as Rx’d
      Thursday – Rest
      Friday – Warm-up and mobility
      Saturday – Games WOD
      Sunday – Rest

      This works for me. Muscle soreness usually lasts 2 days after the workout, so that’s why I take Thursday and Friday off.

    I agree with Pierre… did the games wod this morning
    Got the 60 burpees and 30 OHS and attempted one muscle up but failed (was rushed and gassed out!) I really didn’t expect this wod to kill the quads as much, they were really dead at the end, haven’t felt them like that in a while. Pretty happy with my result, wish I could’ve gotten at least one mu but wasted a bit of time on first round of OHS trying to find my stability!!!

    Good luck to everyone doing this wod, it’s a good one, 10 min goes by fast, just keep a steady pace and warm up your OHS well before hand so you don’t waste any reps or drop the bar early!
