Hi guys. I just realized that one year ago today I became a member at Cross Fit Moncton. I was browsing through the Leadership Board for the Master’s Women Category last night, and I was astonished and pleasantly surprised by the number of women that were registered for the games this year. I hope to be able to do Cross Fit for a long time to come yet.

Good job 6h30 crew!! This one was fun!! (well, the CrossFit definition of fun) 😀

This WOD made me reflect a bit…

Some days, you look at the WOD, then you are like “HA!! Easy!” Then you pause, and remember the numerous occasions where you realized how wrong you were “That was NOT easy!”

And then you wonder, what is it about this one thats gonna make it challenging? Because, oh yes, there will be a reason! Reps, weight, cardio, multiple/all of the above?

But you register for the session anyhow, and you do it, and then you are reminded that nothing is ever easy at Crossfit. But thats’s how we do it, and that’s how we like it, don’t we? 😉
