    AMRAP: 15 minutes
    9 deadlifts (100#)
    12 push -ups (hand release)
    15 box jumps

    Total: (231)
    6 rounds
    9 dealifts
    6 push-ups

    Oh my f%!%***!!! The push-ups were brutal. I lost 12-15 reps on push -ups alone!! Deadlifts were not so bad and even though I lost 6-8 reps on the box jumps they were okay as well. Sorry Pierre for wanting to kill you during the work -out…smiles.. Now that it is over, I want to say thank you for keeping your standards consistent during the entire WOD. Thank you also for encouraging me because it really helped me give that extra push. I can honestly say that the hand release push ups were tough physically and mentally.
