Start with 50 double unders, then…

6 rounds of:
10 box jumps
10 v-sits
10 lunges

    If anyone wants to do (or re-do) Games WOD 11.1 it can be done on Sunday.
    If you don’t want to do the Games WOD that’s ok too. We won’t be doing other workouts but feel free to come in and work on skills or strength.

    First time doing DU in a WOD, took me forever but I’m happy. Extremely frustrated with the v-sits especially because I was able to do them well about 14 months ago. Hard to start at zero after a pregnancy 🙂 thanks Sonia and Marcel for the push at the end.

      Martine 🙂 Congrats on doing DUs in a WOD for the first time! I know how hard it is at first, but that’s how you get better at them so good on you for doing that 🙂
