Increase the load each cycle.
Bar cannot touch/rest on the ground during a set.
Rest as needed between each round.

    I screwed up and did 55# twice! Frustrated about that because I was looking forward to trying 75# ! 65# was hard but I think I could have done 75# ! >:(

    Didn’t want to go too heavy. First time touching a barbell since last Saturday. Felt good.
