How many burpee variations are there?

AMRAP in 3 minutes:
10 Walking Lunges
10 Reverse Burpees

Rest 1.5 minutes
Complete 3 cycles

Falling down or getting up?

        Tracy my thoughts exactly.. Still debating if today is a rest study day or not. The fact that nobody posted results on here is making me hesitate even more.

    – Burpee
    – Burpee long jump
    – Burpee pullup
    – Reverse burpee
    – Burpee lateral jump

    Jogged around the block w the dog. Were bought slowly getting back into it. Endurance is far from what it was last year.

    95-105-115 Droped weights and practice with 95# keeping the bar closer to body. Sure did help the flow of the clean πŸ™‚

    Another fun one!
    picked up speed on the Reverse Burpees as it progressed.
