The CrossFit Games site went live yesterday. Check it for updates about the events, competitors and leaderboards throughout the Games season. The first workout will be posted in March 15th. CrossFit Moncton will be hosting the workouts every Saturday at 10am. Members are encouraged to try the workouts, scaled or prescribed, and then stick around to watch the Games athletes go at it.

    45-50-55(1) failed inside of my hands are hurting from yesterday had no stability w the bar overhead. This really pst me off I love OHS 🙁

    this WOD was hard, I’m a turtle at box jumps, even my love for KBS vanished this morning. Starting tomorrow I will be doing my OHS in the warmup # 45, plus 5 box jumps and 5 ring to elbows on top of the sit-ups. If I have time after the strength will try to practise technique on handstand pushups w elastics. Jhoanna, I admire you for all your hard work. Your box jumps were amazing, great work 😉

      Thanks Steph 🙂 my box jumps have come a long way (and have a long way to go too) I’ve worked a lot on them so don’t worry they will get easier for you! Practice whenever you can, even after a workout if you have time stick around a few minutes and squeeze a few in.

    Got to 6 rounds at 23:10 and had to stop because my lower back was really hurting and I didn’t want to risk injury with the games coming up. I am registered! Kinda scared but really looking forward to seeing where I fit in the bigger picture.

    For the Change for Change on the last day of the month…is it an option to redo a workout over again, or is it just to do a workout that we missed?
