    Manage to do the whole wod unbroken. First class since almost 2 weeks. My whole body was shaken during the wod & strength comparable to the Fundemental class. Lol my body seems to have gotten weaker in 2 weeks :s

    That’s as far as I got. Worked on form before adding more weight.

    I really struggled with today’s WOD, and my time shows it. Push presses were HEAVY!!!! DU’s are still very slow & disjointed, but improving with every DU WOD.
