Open gym

There will be an open gym on Sunday from 1-3pm (show up any time). Please email if you plan on attending to work on a few of your goats. This is a trail basis to see if it’s something we’ll keep.

    First time I’ve done KB Snatches. A very awkward movement, and I am now sporting a nifty red blotch on my forearm.
