Back Squat (1/2 BW)
Kettlebell Swings (70/53#)
Toes to Bar

Record reps for each station.

    When our hockey team is on a power play, I am one of “those” hockey Moms who yell “C’mon, skate harder, faster, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING for 2 MINUTES” Lesson learned!!!!!!! This looks “easy” but really is barfy hard.
