    It’s been said before, but I’ll say it again…awesome energy at the gym this morning. Everyone worked crazy hard!

    AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
    20 two person deadlifts (115#)
    25 shoulder switches (115#)
    40 buddy getups

    5 rounds + 7 Deadlifts

    Was partnered with Eric. It was his 2nd workout, but you wouldn’t have known. Great job partner!

    – 5x rev. burpees
    – 5x clean/jerk

    WOD at 95# (partnerd w/ Marco) *used 135# for round 1 + 20DLs
    4 Rounds + 18 deadlifts

    Yeah, word of advice, dont think of your deadlift weight when gauging what to use, or you’ll get stuck switching weights midway through 😛 Was a great workout tho, really enjoyed it.

    Great push at the end partner! And good job everyone!
