Yankee Swap WOD

Everyone that comes will select a number and then choose a ‘present’. Upon opening it, you’ll find a workout. If you were #2, you have the option of switching with #1. Number 3 can switch with 1 or 2, and so on. Person #1 will be allowed to switch with anyone…so you’d better hope to get #1! Merry Christmas!!

    Andrew is one strong guy… It was quite impressive to watch him lift his +225 lbs shoulder press last night… I say +225 because I couldn’t do the math anymore after that and I was too lazy to get a calculator 😀 Crazy cool to watch though!!

    Kevin wouldn’t let me put my beloved tape on my hands for this workout and after the crying and panic subsided, I did the workout and didn’t rip my hands. I don’t like to say when he’s right…so I won’t. 😛

    I increased my time by a bit from last time I did it but didn’t use any bands this time. So I think that’s an improvement? Next time: prescribed weight and faster time.

    Time was 18:49 or something like that… Proud of myself for showing up today when I had next to no sleep last night. The workout was a nice distraction.
