    For the FW, is each touch on a plate counts for 1 rep?

    Strength push jerks tried 10s for the first time… Frig those are hard!

    55-65-75 and then ran out of time and thank goodness for that because I don’t think I would’ve had anything left in me for the workout

    Total of 6 rounds even… My stomach was gurgling from the get-go on that one and so the whole workout was uncomfortable, but I enjoyed doing floor wipers for the first time. Next time I would definitely like to try more weight. Congrats to Karen who used the rxed weight of 80lbs while keeping good form πŸ™‚

    I’m always blown away by how hard you all work! Thank you for inspiring me to push myself harder πŸ™‚
