    Hi there,
    Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I have come down with the flu and had to cancel this week. Heading home to Newoundland on Thursday so I guess I will see you all in the New Year.

    FYI… The Downtown Moncton Market will be open tomorrow (Wednesday December 22), from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (and again on Wednesday the 29th).
    Stock up on all your meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables for the Christmas Holidays… and maybe finish some Christmas shopping too!!

    Pull ups were tough for sure, but I am so happy that I completed this WOD as rx.

    Many of us weren’t feeling it today, but I’m always proud to see people working hard regardless of how they’re feeling. Great job everyone!
