    Just realize something when getting non perishables at the store. Now that I’m on Paleo, I never walk those isle much and forgot how cheap those food items really are.
    So to conclude I guess we can say eating Paleo is investing in oneself.

    Did the same WOD with the same weight in Feb, only the pushups were normal in Feb.

    Did this one in Feb. and it was my 5th WOD ever and my first as Rx’d for weight but with a 20inch. box and no hand release. My time was 11:09 so big PR

      I don’t think my legs have hurt so much since I first started crossfit. I’ll be walking like Frankenstein if I can make it to the gym tomorrow 🙂
