    My left wrist is quite sore today so I struggled with the cleans.

    I posted this a while back and thought I’d post it again as a reminder πŸ™‚

    Christmas is just around the corner and since many of us have gone paleo, I thought we all might have some unperishables we could collect and donate to our local food bank. This is a time of the year when foodbanks start to run low and I’m sure our help would be much appreciated. Would anyone be interested in helping out?

    Kevin, would it be ok if we took a little corner in the back room to collect the food? I can pick up the food and deliver it to a foodbank on the 20th.

    I was looking through the pictures and remembered something; at the end of the night I SUCCESSFULLY picked up that yellow paper with my mouth with only my feet touching the floor WITHOUT using my hands. There were witnesses. So all you jealous critics can kiss my butt πŸ™‚

    Round 2 – 30-20-20 pushups on knees for the rest of the Rounds
    Round 3 – 30-20-20
    Round 4 – 30-23-20

    total 287 reps not a pr because I use 10# less on the FS than last time because my back is feeling wonky these days πŸ™ PR for pushups in plank in this workout though… Great workout – one of my favorites πŸ™‚

    Finally got my unassisted ring dip during the warm up. A few days past my goal, but I’ll take it.

    Shoulder is still feeling tight, so kept weight light

    Total reps = 184

    That was a brutal WOD. I felt pretty good about it though, until I got home & compared to last August, when I had 202 reps, with the same weight. Not sure what happened….GRRR πŸ™

    That was a good one – but hard on the wrists!

    Tried to just keep my back strait and work on technique, then went up
    Thats a pr for reps and I kept my back fairly strait, which I’m happy with πŸ™‚

    Skipping, DU practice with the new rope, coupled with some burpees and some basket ball.

    95-135-155-185-205(pr) it was tough as I was tired, but it went up!

    WOD with 135lbs

    329 reps, Last time was 286 thats about a round and a half pr!

    Had to go with 65lbs due to my hip. Glad I did because when I do this WOD with 95lbs, my form is gross. Great push 6:30 crew.

    Them front squats where the tuff ones. Should have taken Gerry’s advice and done my strength to anything but squats. But did I listen? Nooo. Had to do it my way. Still satisfied with my result πŸ™‚

    Strength – worked on hang squat cleans in order to get a better technique for my regular clean
    64-95-115-125-130(PR)-135(f) They felt better than two weeks ago!

    WOD: amrap in 3 min x 4 cycles

    Total reps : 293 (PR of 19 reps)
