“God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen”

**If you’re coming to the Christmas Party, please write what you plan on bringing for food. Joanna and I (but mostly Joanna), need to know so we can get “the rest” of the stuff. Thanks!**

Also, a reminder that there will be a Yankee Swap. Gifts are no more than $15 in value and don’t have to be CrossFit related. Eating starts at 6:30pm!

AMRAP in 14 minutes
7 Deadlifts
7 Hang Squat Cleans
7 Push Jerks

Weight is 60% of your clean or jerk (the lesser of the two)

Every round must be unbroken. If the bar rests on the ground, you must start that round over.

    This was a killer work out for me. My forearms were burning so bad that I had a hard time putting my weights back after the work out!!!

    Whew! That was one Mother Trucker WOD! (Sorry to say that I uttered a slew of bad words during this one) I had to dig down to my toes to find the will to actually pick up the bar to start each new round. Definitely a mental as well as a physical WOD. Now that I’ve had all day to reflect, I guess I’ll concede it was a good one, but I’m in no hurry to repeat it anytime soon. Way to put us though our paces Joanna!

    …also many reps in between 2 complete rounds 😛 . Back started acting up after round 1, had to do a lot of between sets massaging to get through this 😛
