6 Push-ups
9 Squats

    I woke up with a tight tight tight back. I have a 4:15 booked, so if anyone would like my class please take it. If I feel better throughout the day and there is a spot open, I will rebook.

    I loved this work-out! When I checked my journal for the June WOD, I had the same total, but I had not recorded the weight I used for my cleans. I am pretty sure that in June, I had not used 95# so I am pretty happy with my results today.

    I think I had a mental block that kept me from getting the 205#. I should have tried it again, but was running short on time….next time, me thinks.

    Total: 380 Reps.

    I also really like this WOD. It’s tough, but each move is quick & then on to the next. Squats were a B*$*#&%%& though!

      I just realized that I was supposed to do power cleans which I think would have been much easier… I am super happy with my results considering I was unable to do the squats last time, did the pushups from my knees last time and that I did hang power cleans with the same weight this time. My left knee is still sore from my workout yesterday, but all in all I liked this one 🙂
