    In May, I used 135# and my time was over 9 minutes so I am pleased with this result.

    6 months ago time expired at 20 minutes and I still had 9 HSPU remaining. Also, last time was the same weight but used a 25# plate under my head for HSPU.

    Slower than May, but with 15# more and last time used red + red.
