    135-145-155 stopped because of stiff neck. But that was pretty close to my 3 rep max anyways.

    6 rounds and only had 8 DUs left.

    my rope broke during the last round and I spent like 30 seconds getting a new one.. I know I had 7 rounds plus in me.. Little frustrating but whatever.. unknown and unknowable right?

    Last time got 4 rounds and only completed 15 squats, so a little improvement. Just really glad to get my OHS above 100 tonight! It’s been a long time coming!

    Needed the practice with the double unders and tired of singles 😛 Think I found my next goal once the present one is reached.

    WOD: 5 full rounds then i started on push ups by accident but got 15 anyway.

    10-15 min stretching with raychell and chantal afterwards
