    The class for tomorrow morning wasn’t full but Patrick & I both removed our reservation, in case there were people looking to go…? (I might still go if there’s room tomorrow but Patrick says after tonight’s workout, we’re not going to want to…so I removed the reservation just in case – and I’m pretty sure my hands are going to hate me as well) πŸ™‚

    Also a PR for the WOD but it has been 1 year. Last time I used bands for pullups and had 77 squats remaining after 25 minutes.

    I was at 88 squats when the 25 minute mark came, but there was no way I wasn’t finishing this “lovely lady”! Thought the pull ups were never going to end, it took me over 10 minutes to get through them! Great job 6:30 crew; Dan and Pat you guys were impressive.
