    I liked it too… good to work on pistols, really have a difference in strength between my right and left leg. Good challenge with the burpee pullups to the high bar too!

    First time doing jumping pullups without a box or plates so I’m happy with my result. It sucked the wind right out of me!!! But, I loved it! Finally starting to feel close to my normal healthy self 🙂 yahoo!!!
