    I really enjoyed this work-out. I probably should have used a heavier weight for my cleans. The push ups were tough after round 3.

    Really happy with this time, I think if my shoulder had been healthy for the past month (meaning keeping up with my strength etc) I probably could’ve done the HSPU strict and in a faster time… !!!

    Ran out of time 5 and 11 Push Ups
    Started out with the HSPU(Red and Green) but was unable to get my last rep on 1st round.
    Dove into 12 pushups after that for the remainder.

    I didn’t fail any cleans, I should have gone heavier. Same thing with the HSPU, I should have take yellow on top.
    Overall, I liked that workout!

    Did my first 2 cleans @ 205# but my power clean and squat clean needs some tweeking.
