Fight Gone Bad for a good cause

Come join the fight against cancer. Minimum donation of $10, but who ever brings in the most money gets a free membership! See you at 9am!

Three rounds of:

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20β€³ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of β€œrotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    There are some people that also need to leave early, so they can go in the first heat. We’ll be going 10 at a time.

      Just looked up my previous score….
      In February I did it Rx’d and got a total of 195.

      The 207 was from October and I had done step-ups.

      So that’s really a PR of 53! πŸ˜›

    That really wasn’t as bad as I thought (Kevin told me to say that)…..the wall ball was the killer – definitely should have started with them! For a first time, I scored 169…and I won the free month membership…so all in all, pretty great day! Can’t wait to try it again and break the 200 mark! Great job everyone!

    Total = 401 (PR!) up from 393

    Heidi added it wrong at the gym. Never ask someone to add your score after they just did the workout.

      Well duh! Obviously I didn’t double check the addition. I guess that 11th component of fitness continues to elude me. Still a great PR Kevin. Those box jumps were insane!
