ZenPlanner seems to be working for reservations, but not for cancelations (it won’t let me cancel either). I will post updates throughout the day to let you know how many spots are available. Either post on the site or email me if you need to cancel or register.

Also, there will be a regular workout on Saturday at the regular time.

    Going to be dealing with a… situation at work that looks like it’s going to take all day and probably some afterhours work. (If it’s going to be done properly)

    Hey Kevin, I am going to cancel for tonight (415), but will be there Sunday for FGB… I’ll bring the money then too. Besides, I need to go shopping tonight for FGB…anyone know where I can get a hot pink uni-tard?????

    I had tomorrow morning booked but will be a rest day for me with FGB on Sunday. Couldn’t cancel on zenplanner. Another free spot for tomorrow morning.

    Lack of technique

    WOD @ 65 = 8 rounds + 5 Thrusters + 7 HPC
    Thrusters and HPC all unbroken. I wanted to do 7 rounds, so I’m happy with the result!

    My Lower back didn’t like the wod. Lot of grunting! I though it will be worst than that though!
