FireFit people – Meet at the St.George Street Fire Dept. shortly after 9am for registration. If you want to do the course in full gear, bring an extra $5. They also recommend bringing your own work boots in case they don’t have your size.

    Strength: Deadlifts, 3’s to 130# I think. I’m going from memory, my book is in the car.

    =4 rounds + 9 deadlifts

    Really frustrated with my inability to catch my breath this morning!

    This workout is deceiving!

    I agree with Amanda….deceiving in that tougher than it looks on paper (but aren’t they all??)

    Is anyone else’s quads super sore today after yesterdays workout with the 47 million squats?? I am having a lot of difficulty getting up & walking today – maybe I just wasn’t hydrated enough?? I haven’t been this sore since my very first CrossFit workout and I don’t understand why I am so sore this time.

    Hello guys,

    I know some of you have bought some Paleokits from me from the last batch I received.
    The tenderness of the jerky was not that great…. really not great! Normally the jerky is really tender and juicy. Because of that, I will reimburse everybody that bought some from that batch!

    So, to make that in order, can all of you that bought some kits write it down here how many they bought and I will put the money for each one of you in a envelope at the gym.

    Also, I will be getting some Original Paleokits (not grass-fed) small kits soon.
    Steve’s club assured me that the jerky is tender and juicy!

    I will let those go away for cheaper…. 5$

    90 Single Skips
    4 rounds + 11 skips

    Did the 1st 2 rounds at 155# then Kevin took 10# off when I was skipping for the remainder.
    My form sucked! Look like to Hunch Back of Notre Dame on Kevins camera.
    Need to focus on it.
    Bloody day again. Got a get them soccer socks or drop by the hospital after WOD’s for blood tranfusions.

    Had a great drop in at CF Kinetics this morning- after a new and fun warm up (including jumping over and crawling under jim) he broke down the squat clean for us. This was super helpful for me and I got a 100# for PR (failed at 105- I either didn’t commit a few times, or over comiited and landed on my keister). Jim, Brandon and Trish were super helpful! Thanks guys for the tips on cleans, my knees, Turkish get ups!

    Brandon and Trish were animals, really impressive to watch them move! And the guy (sorry, I don’t remember your name) doing clean and jerks with 2 72# KBs! Insane!

    Total 5 rounds and 1 deadlift – I didn’t do this workout today, it did me! Wow am I tired today for some reason… I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t wait to get back to my am workouts 🙂
