    Yesterday, it was 95F (35C…without the humidex considered) and just breathing made you sweat!

      oh yeah, and i did 55 pull ups in the second portion – i started to second guess my counting on the first set so i figured i’d cover my butt 🙂

    Since the class was full at 6:30, I stayed home and did a few reps of every body weigh exercise I could think of. I got 10 strict pull ups for the first time!!

    Now that my poor little Copin is at the vet getting his porcupine quills removed from his mouth, I can finally post 🙁

    Warm up times 2 (5 kipping pullups per round – I can get two pretty good ones in a row, but the third one fails… need to work on this!)

    WOD as rxed with green and yellow bands for pullups – time: 23:48
    Broke my first 21 thrusters 9-7-5 and then the last twenty one 5-7-9 – just wanted to get it over and done with!

    Great performance on another tough WOD everyone – I’m always honored to sweat with you all 🙂

      gabrielle – two good ones in a row is fabulous! the third will come soon, and then the forth etc. i think you’re doing awesome with them! – i was doing 2s and 3s for pretty much the whole WOD.

      Amanda you really have improved your technique on those thrusters (great drive from the hips) and your pullups were strong from beginning to end 🙂 you’re awesome!!
