    24:38 muscle ups were strait arms and I only had 1 failed rep!

    Hard to believe I did 50 muscleups in that time.. they are definitely getting better

      Lol… Think it’s named after a fallen soldier not the psychopath from Friday the 13th if that’s what you’re referring too. But somehow I’m having a hard time imagining that Jason and I will ever be close hihihi

    Jason as Rx – time cap 40 min… had 9 muscle ups left to do… not a good muscle up day, attempted at least 100!!! But Jason, I’ll be back to kick your ass, just give me a couple of weeks to get back on track (three weeks off, you really feel a difference!). It was a good challenge though, loved the workout, even though I was really frustrated at the end 😉 gonna have to work on bigger kip to save energy on my muscle ups.
