Pierre bought some Paleo Kits – a mix of beef jerky, raw macadamias, almonds, pecans and dried fruits. They are delicious! He’s selling them for $6, so if you want a pack (or a few), bring your cash to the gym.

    That’s only 10 lbs less than my 1 RM- very happy!

    WOD: 5 rounds plus 10 burpees (and a run to the road and back in the remaining 17 seconds)

    Great work everyone! I like the 7am time slot, I hope sonia is right and it stays (even if only a few times per week) once school goes back in. 😉

    No Strength. Shoulder is quite sore so I did some work with the roller and ball.

    Quite happy with that cause my endurance was much better than usual.
