  3. i did pool sprints this morning – took some good warm up time for the shoulders and lats to stretch out. most everything is sore today from Eva!

    CF Endurance WOD:
    10 x 50m sprints with 30 seconds recovery

    i maintained all rounds between 54-55 seconds, except round 9 at 57 seconds.
    ouch!

  6. uggg I am super sore today. Eva did me in … after that brutual WOD, Dave amd I went for a 40 minute bike ride and then headed off to Fundy for a 7k hike. I can barely move today. Taking a day off. πŸ™‚ Enjoy this one.

    • Everyone was intrigued and asking plenty of questions πŸ™‚ It went really well! It was fun to talk about my crossfit family. People from all over the province are now aware of something they weren’t familiar with and many said they want to check it out πŸ™‚ Thanks for asking Heather!

    4 Rounds and 10 situps… So close to getting 5 rounds completed but,feeling tired and ran out of steam and came close to signing Pukie’s wall today (it’s an hour later and I’m still feeling nauseous)… One to watch out for on Saturday is Gino – he knows how to keep an impressive pace!

    I tried snorkel training for the first time tonight. Dan said I sounded like Darth Vader. I definitely had the same feeling as I did in Calgary with the high altitude. Will try it again for other workouts down the road.

    Pretty happy with my 185 dead lift this morning. I’ve been struggling for a while with this lift without rounding my back after the weight gets above the 160 range. This is not a PR, but I’ve only lifted this weight once before, (several months ago, and I was probably rounding my back) and haven’t been able to get it again. Now that I’ve finally matched it with a tight back, I’m stoked for a new PR on this one….next time!
