    (was sure there were 50 box jumps in there, was relieved when I realised I just couldnt read properly) 😀

    Thanks everyone for the cheering, even tho I usually close my eyes during the last few sets I can still hear! 😛 And good job all!

    Now I got a bit of an problem. Starting this week Im working 7am to 7pm from monday to thursday. I can make it to the later workouts on friday and the saturday morning, but thats pretty much it.

    Feeling like Im now slightly (very) addicted to this painful yet very rewarding training regimen, Im looking for possible training partners who might be in the same type of situation to workout late on weekdays and/or on sundays, in typical CrossFit-ish WODs. Any takers? Anyone already doing this who would take an additional partner? I will train by myself if need be, but the more the merrier.

    CrossFit is like a drug, I will be experiencing withdrawals very soon… 😛

      That sucks Mario. Try to get some friends who don’t know anything about crossfit. Give them a little taste 🙂 Hope that new shift isn’t permanent.

      I’d be game to partner up for a Sunday Crossfit workout starting next week. We could go to Centennial Park (weather permitting) and make use of the playground. Anyone else interested in joining in?

        Id be interested in some Sundays. Im kinda in the same situation that I can only go Tuesdays Fridays and Saturdays. When ya want more it sucks that ya cant have it. Im too much of a newbee for the video but can hold the camera so Kevin can work out with you guys. lol

      I’m going to need people to help with my summer workout video shoots. I’d like to do them on certain Sunday’s or even later in the evenings if I have no fundamentals. So that’s an option too. Let me know if you’re interested…or anyone else for that matter.

    WOD time: 15:18 (substituted burpees for squats because left knee started hurting during double unders – Got a new PR on my DU’s though – I’m now up to 9 🙂 Wooohoooooo!)

    Great job on the workout everyone! Mario I loved how you kicked it into high gear for those last ten situps 🙂 Awesome!
