I’m not going to be able to make it to my 5:30. I’ll be helping with set up for the Relay for Life…. and then I’m going to run it. I shutter to think what my legs will feel like tomorrow.

So overwhelmed with all the cheering I didn’t write it down till I got home.

Being new to crossfit, I can say, it is the toughest thing I’ve EVER done in my life. HOWEVER, without a doubt, the dynamics of the group is second to none. So although the toughest thing, the people make it the BEST thing. Thank you for the great cheering tonight.

Amanda, thank you for MAKING me go πŸ™‚
Gabrielle thank you for your continued cheer leading and individual coaching you have given me.
Jane your sense of humour just about makes me “pee” when I’m trying my 15# back squat.
Jeff thanks for cheering for me yet again…even when I was doing burpees in the back of the parking lot.
Sweet Mel thanks for teaching me how to make “bum angels”
Gerry if you ever feel like doing a WOD 2x in one night you can always come back and join me.
Uncle Patrick, I love your body.
Kevin…..you’ve established a great gym and even better family, thanks for being a great coach.

There..now I feel like Sally Field just accepting an Oscar.

    1. Gabrielle
