Death by Clean and Jerks

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

There is a Level 1 CrossFit Cert that was just posted today…IN MAINE! If you want to get certified to become a CrossFit Trainer, or would like to go for your own benefit, please register for it. It’s a $250 deposit to hold your spot, and the rest can be paid in small installments up until 6 weeks before the cert.

Joanna and I will be attending, so if you want to carpool, just let us know.

    I’m not going to be able to make it to my 5:30. I’ll be helping with set up for the Relay for Life…. and then I’m going to run it. I shutter to think what my legs will feel like tomorrow.

    45-55-60-65-70(3) didn’t finish the last 2 because my knee was starting to hurt again…

    9 rounds and 7 – to be honest, I’m really not sure that is very accurate – by the end I was having a hard time doing the lifts, breathing and counting at the same time… If anyone knows any different about my count, please let me know so I’ll know what I have to beat for next time.

    Excellent work on this one everyone! Death by chocolate would have been more enjoyable I’m sure πŸ˜‰

    PR! February was 6 rounds +5 but I used 115#.

    So overwhelmed with all the cheering I didn’t write it down till I got home.

    Being new to crossfit, I can say, it is the toughest thing I’ve EVER done in my life. HOWEVER, without a doubt, the dynamics of the group is second to none. So although the toughest thing, the people make it the BEST thing. Thank you for the great cheering tonight.
