With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

There is a Level 1 CrossFit Cert that was just posted today…IN MAINE! If you want to get certified to become a CrossFit Trainer, or would like to go for your own benefit, please register for it. It’s a $250 deposit to hold your spot, and the rest can be paid in small installments up until 6 weeks before the cert.
