“Death by Power Snatch”

With a continuously running clock do one 75 pound Power Snatch the first minute, two 75 pound Power Snatches the second minute, three 75 pound Power Snatches the third minuteโ€ฆ continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

This is a burpee mixed with a "Don't take my picture"

    I knew this was going to hurt coming back from Cuba, and I was not disappointed.

    Shot for 16 rounds and almost got it.

    15 rounds + 13 reps at 75#
    (133 reps in total)

    That’s a lot of snatches in only 15 minutes!

    Only worked my way up to 55 and stuck to it for the workout. I felt like my form sucked and for that reason I felt like it was better I didn’t go higher… Am I wrong? I loved this workout though!!! It’s so much fun to do different stuff all the time ๐Ÿ™‚

    I got 8 rounds 8 in and was so bleeping close to starting that 9th round…
