    Here is what he is thinking:

    FIRST I’M GOING TO SLASH PIERRE’S TIRES, BECAUSE WE HAVE MORE PUSH UPS. THEN, I’M GOING TO EGG HIS HOUSE. NEXT I WILL, TOILET PAPER HIS HOUSE. THEN I’M GOING TO POUR SAND IN THE GAS TANK OF HIS CAR. I WILL PUT A POTATO IN HIS TAIL PIPE.

    LASTLY, I AM GOING TO DO A CANNON BALL ONTO THE HOOD OF HIS CAR.

    YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE PICKED PUSH UPS YOU JERK.

    THEN David Alexander will come along and “push your car up” over a cliff you jerk.

    rest allowed in between rounds only

    pushups – all plank woohoooooo
    17-12-9-10-8 = 56
    pullups – foot in red band
    24-22-22-21-20= 109

    very happy as this was my first workout with no knee push ups, can’t wait until I’m ready to change to the green band for pullups… I might try it this week.

    Disclaimer: I misunderstood and was doing a round of push ups, then resting a bit, and then doing a round of pull ups. Oops! Hee hee hee… Me stoopid!
