    4 Rounds + 15 squats + 20 DU + 2 pushups.

    Pushups were harder than I expected but happy with my DUs.
    Several rounds of DUs were unbroken! Great job morning crew!

    OK Guy’s, I have to confess;

    Yesterday a friend begged me to go try a zumba class with her, which is a dancing “workout”, so i went to try it…the worse part is that it was a Newbodys, and I almost puked a little bit when I walked in there, seeing all the people with their mp3’s, just going at it on all those machines! MAN I love crossfit and would never go back there!! πŸ˜€

    OK now I need a spot @ 4:15 or 5:30 if someone cancels!

    45-55-65-75-85 did not want to go any higher as my right leg still feels off

    WOD 5 rounds plus 15 squats 40 singles

    I need to start doing the DUs more – I will start to add them to my after strength routine AND I need to work on my bleeping plank pushups too – Jane you’re my inspiration for that one πŸ™‚

      Yeah I went rock/wall climbing for the first time After the 6:30 work out tonight.
      It was fun as hell! But HOLY CRAP are my hands shredded! Thankful that I have the weekend to recover.
