    Still glad to be there. No matter what the results are it makes the rest of the day so much better. Heidi you killed this WOD! Way to go!

    Definitely not one of my favorite workouts!

    3 Rounds + 9 Burpees

    Thanks for the push on the front squats during the last 2 rounds Kevin. It was all that kept me from dropping the bar again near the end. My legs have been jello all day…tomorrow should feel great.

    got through first round of burpees then had a mental block and 4 frustrating fails at the 95# clean for front squats – dropped down to 85# for WOD)

    3 rounds + 6 burpees

    95-115-125-135-145-150 (PR for reps – that was my old 1RM!)

    AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
    25 Burpees
    15 Front Squats (135#)

    3 rounds + 7 burpees

    That was a lot of up and down. Close to pukey…lots of burps.
