The workout is called the Burpee Bear. I’ll let your imagination run with that. It’s gonna be FUN!

Here it is…

10 Press
10 Push Press
10 Push Jerk
10 Front Squat
10 Back Squat
10 OHS
10 Deadlift
10 Power Cleans
10 Burpees

***10 penalty burpees if you rest the bar on the ground***

    WOD with #65–>10:57 min

    4 or 5 sets of burpees! Really hard when your weakness is the first move.
    Interresting wod…Definitely kick my a$$!
