  6. Last year I subbed donkey lifts for calf raises. Calves were toast for like an hour!

    • I tried it before joining crossfit and I didn’t find any improvement after many workouts. But my makarena dance improved by millions

    • Oh yeah, this is the bomb! You really need to get the Shake Weight for the gym Kevin…after all, an enormous snatch is a high priority!
