    the games look so intimidating! everyone seems like they gave it all they had.

    thanks for sharing… I want to compete next year! Intimidating, but amazing at the same time. Can’t wait to see what its really like in Calgary!! 🙂

    Awesome! Crossfit Moncton..you rock!! This makes me a little bit sad to watch. Was great being a spectator but next year will be a different story. Bring on the stretching! Good luck to the Crossfit Games qualifiers in your training. Take really good care of yourselves and make NB Crossfitters proud!!!

    Dave – WOW! Really amazing! The hair is sticking up on my arms 🙂 Watching you guys push hard AND grimace is a good reminder of how hard those workouts can be. But its also a good reminder of the progress everyone has made. Sonia it was especially moving for me to watch you fire out those muscle ups because I was at the gym last year when you tried so hard over and over again, and failed. AND I was also there when you got your first one! To then see you fire them out at the games – AMAZING!! Congrats to everyone again for a job well done…

    PS I need to know who sings the songs in the video Dave…

    I’m sooo happy you made that video Dave!
    I’m proud of you guys all over again too for the great work you put in.
    One of my favorite parts was Pat almost doubling over to yell at/cheer on Kevin as he was lifting.
    Damn I wish I could of been there.
