    I liked this one too. This is the type of workout that makes me feel really relaxed the rest of the day.

    I’ve booked a 4:15 slot for today, but the program won’t let me un-book the 5:30 slot that I had previously booked.
    So, there is a 5:30 slot open.

    Total = 4rds, 15 deadlifts and 20 lunges… sooo close to 5 rds even, which was my goal before class. I’ll have to push through the lunges next time.
