    didn’t time it

    Strength – shoulder press 3-3-3-3-3 (Shoulders are still fried 🙁 )
    135-135-115-115-115 did 5 reps for the last 2 haha

    Row 250m, then

    20 Double Unders
    20 Pushups

    5:42 then lots of stretching.

    Hmmm, would love to do this workout. Back in the gym tomorrow. It’s been hard to stay away! But I did go for a 25min run this morning. Can’t wait to see everyone!

      haha, yeah I was the same way, I woke up this morning and I could put my arms over my head without screaming so I decided to go 🙂

    Excited to get back to the gym. First workout post the games will be on Saturday. 🙂
    Played ball last night and went for a run this afternoon, but nothing beats a crossfit WOD.

    way cool! i was just checking the CF main site from a few days ago – and Cheyne, the gal doing the muscle up from march 21 was my partner at the Level 1 Cert in Brooklyn last year for the oh so lovely dumbbell PP / burpee workout. i’d recognize the tats any day! she was super cool!

    today was a big triathlon workout day for me:
    6:45 am swim – 3x5min intervals, total distance with warm up / cool down 1500m
    6 pm bike (2nd of the season!) – 27km (lots of hills and headwind) in 1h, 5min
    7:10 pm run off the bike practice – easy pace to get the feel of run after ride, 2.6km in 14 min

    back was still feeling yesterday’s strength (cleans) and ‘Diane’ deads – and a 3min 33sec PR!

    I just canceled my 6 a.m. spot for Friday morning. Just thought I would post it in case anyone wanted, as I noticed it was full.
