    Worked on muscle ups. Finally got 2 in a row yay!

  4. The message I got from Aimee’s story is that with the right coaching/guidance, disability can actually open doors instead of being an obstacle. Would paralympic athletes actually become athletes if they didn’t have a disability? Would Aimee have accomplished what she did if she wasn’t born with her disability?

    8:14 min (I might have done one or 2 reps more)
    After yesterday, I though that the push up will have been the challenge but the squat was actually way worst. Definitely harder than I expected!

    Time: 7:28 (but my jerk was not perfect..my legs were to wide)
