    Cleans in strength before this is a bad idea tires out your legs really fast. Maybe next time ill get under 10 and i wont do cleans beforehand. Great job today everyone!

    The V-Situp instead of normal situps really slowed me down. I struggled with them, I was doing 5 at a time at the end, but I wanted a better challenge core workout!! 🙂
