Last Sunday, we talked about spouses/significant others joining CrossFit together.
What about family members? Right now, we have Marlene and Shallon (mother/daughter) and myself and my mother.
Would you like to have your son/daughter join the gym? What about your parents? Do you think it would be a positive experience?
I can only speak from my experience, but it’s been a great way to spend time with my mom. She’s one of the reasons I push as hard as I do at the gym. I think it has brought us closer together.
