**Question: What do you think of a 7am class? Is there any interest?

Five rounds for time of:
40 Lunges
25 Sit-ups
25 Good Mornings

    First two rounds went really well… then the lunges slowed me down in the following rounds…. I guess I need to work on endurance!!!

    I would be more tempted by a 7am class than a 6am, but likely wouldnt make 7 am very often. Im still holding out for a noon class 🙂

    I would like a 7am class…. in the summer time. The extra, cleaning and scraping and warming up the car… I’d just stay in bed. But, if you ran one at 7am during the summer I’d take advantage of it fer sure!

    If there was an 8.30am :), I could commit all year round every day, or even 8am with early school drop off… with current schedule, I may still be able to attend a third of classes between 6am and 6.30pms.

        Man it’s back chest TRICEPS (thanks muscle ups) Legs now too. I pushed hard for that 20 round cindy.. I hope I can make it through the next 2 days

    Was late so no strength. Practiced double unders instead. Managed 4 in a row(my max) three separate times…

    WOD – 5 rds or amrap 20:
    40 lunges
    25 sit ups(first round anchored, next 10 anchored then 30 crunches), then 50 crunches
    25 good am’s (10#)
    ————–
    3 rds+ 40 lunges+ 50 crunches

    I’m sore all over 🙂

    I could assist to the 6AM classes but will never be able to attend 7AM class because of work, maybe if you have a shower. But I’m not a morning person anyway!

    While I’d love the extra hour to sleep in, a 7 a.m. class would not get me to work on time, so I’d have to pass on that.

    re: 7am, if I continue to 'work for myself' I'd love it. If I have to go back to the corporate 'man', then would be tough.
