    This Friday is Dress-up Day! Best costume wins a prize (and it’s not Tabata Squats or any other form of exercise).

    Saturday is the FireFit comp. For those not participating, there will be a short workout at 8am. Please feel free to come cheer on our 3 teams that are participating in the event!

    Saturday night is the Halloween party at Kevin’s house! Come anytime after supper, bring your companions and make sure you dress up!

    Really nice having Gillyon and Dave with us this morning. Super happy with my workout this morning. Wore sneakers and socks the entire workout which is almost unheard of and had a PR on my deadlift and RX’d the workout. Great way to start the week. Really glad Gillyon’s ankle held up. Dave was a machine this morning. Great work Heather, Dave and Gill. πŸ™‚
