β€œTabata Something Elseβ€œ

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    But I guess my situps are not within the norms… so I guess my score is not good!

    I still feel weak even after 1.5 hours after the WOD.

    Squats = 86. Reps = 14-12-11-10-9-9-10-11

    This was a sweaty one that gave the gym a nice aroma!

  11. So every time I post I feel like saying “this was one of the hardest work out”. Well today I realized something. They are all equally hard in their own way. Also, they are as hard as what you make it to be.
