    Bicep Curls?

    Went to Crossfit l’Usine this morning for a workout!! It’s a nice spot!! We did one of the qualifier workout that I did 2 weeks ago! Somehow, I still managed to cut more than 30 seconds from my PR! 🙂
    WOD: 21-15-9
    KBS #35
    Time: 4:47 min PR, last time Sept 21st 5:19 min!

    Oh and before the workout we did some pushup/clean/jerk with dumbell (first time doing it).
    10 (2x5lbs), 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 (I stopped because I was not confortable enough with the technique yet to go heavier).

    ….and…..I got my first strict RING DIP!!!! YYYYYIIIIIIPPPPEEEEEEE!!!! And yes, my biceps as little as they are, touched the rings!!! Actually, I did 2 in a row….muscle up…here I come!!! :

      Next step is the muscle-up!

    Like MC said, we went to Crossfit L’usine in Montreal this morning!! Those guys are great people…if you ever go to Montreal, this is the place to go for training!!

    Time: 3:45 (not a PR…old time was 3:42 in July…but still really close)

    Okay I am going to start the zone this week…
    Kevin, what can I replace 3 almonds for? Many of the fat options are nut and my school is nut-free, so I am looking for a substitute and I don’t want to drink canola oil.
